What to wear- a brief discussion of modesty

As long as men are issuing dictates for what women must wear...may I suggest the following dress accoutrements for those men.  I'll follow your rules, if you'll follow mine:

Men must embrace MODESTY in SPEECH and BEHAVIOR toward women.
